Made « In House» : Stilton affiné au Porto, Fourme d’Ambert affinée au Sauternes, Camembert au lait cru affiné au Calvados, Mystère d'Ambert....
 
A range of mountain cheeses from ewe's milk, all with subtle tastes.
 
 
15 varieties of sprinkled with parsley cheese are available: blue d'Auvergne, Causses, Bonneval, Fourme d'Ambert, fourme d'Ambert de Montbrison, 4 roqueforts soft,mild flavour… Termignon, Gorgonzola cremificato.......
 
Let us not forget the cheese made from raw goat's milk (100% in fresh milk), for some aged over 3 months.
 
The "Classic" will also be in better shape! 
 
Without moderation: Fondues Savoyardes; Raclettes : de Savoie (douceur), Niklaus (fruitée) et Berner (finesse).
